Serwis teleland udziela gwarancji na us\u0142ugi wykonywane w serwisie na okres wskazany w karcie gwarancyjnej&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-style: normal;\">1.2. Serwis teleland nie ponosi odpowiedzialno\u015bci za utrat\u0119 jakichkolwiek danych z urz\u0105dzenia w trakcie wykonywania napraw, napraw gwarancyjnych lub w trakcie jakichkolwiek czynno\u015bci serwisowych, w tym r\u00f3wnie\u017c w naprawach i us\u0142ugach zwi\u0105zanych z oprogramowaniem. Zaleca si\u0119 wykonanie kopii zapasowej danych ka\u017cdorazowo przed oddaniem urz\u0105dzenia do serwisu.<\/span><\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>1.3. Urz\u0105dzenie powinno zosta\u0107 odebrane z serwisu przez klienta w ci\u0105gu 30 dni od dnia zako\u0144czenia naprawy, w przypadku nie odebrania urz\u0105dzenia w wyznaczonym czasie serwis mo\u017ce naliczy\u0107 op\u0142at\u0119 za magazynowanie lub zutylizowa\u0107 urz\u0105dzenie&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><br><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>2. Warunki gwarancji<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<\/ul>\n<p>2.1. Naprawie gwarancyjnej nie podlega urz\u0105dzenie, w kt\u00f3rym serwis stwierdzi\u0142 usterk\u0119 spowodowan\u0105 z winy u\u017cytkownika m.in.:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>uszkodzenie mechaniczne np. spowodowane upadkiem lub uderzeniem (p\u0119kni\u0119cie, obicie obudowy, inne \u015blady wskazuj\u0105ce na upadek lub uderzenie urz\u0105dzenia)<\/li>\n<li>zalanie\/zawilgocenie,<\/li>\n<li>ingerencja poza serwisem teleland, np. naprawa samodzielna lub w innej firmie,<\/li>\n<li>w przypadku nieprawid\u0142owej eksploatacji urz\u0105dzenia przez u\u017cytkownika,<\/li>\n<li>uszkodzenie plomb gwarancyjnych (stiker, naklejka).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>2.2. U\u017cytkownik zobowi\u0105zany jest poinformowa\u0107 serwis o usterce i dostarczy\u0107 urz\u0105dzenie do serwisu niezw\u0142ocznie po wyst\u0105pieniu usterki a tak\u017ce zaprzesta\u0107 u\u017cywania uszkodzonego urz\u0105dzenia od razu w momencie zauwa\u017cenia usterki, je\u015bli jest to mo\u017cliwe u\u017cytkownik zobowi\u0105zany jest do zabezpieczenia urz\u0105dzenia w celu unikni\u0119cia pog\u0142\u0119bienia si\u0119 usterki<\/p>\n<p>2.3. Uprawnienia z tytu\u0142u udzielonej gwarancji mog\u0105 by\u0107 realizowane wy\u0142\u0105cznie po przedstawieniu przez u\u017cytkownika wa\u017cnej karty gwarancyjnej. Samoistne zmiany wpis\u00f3w w karcie gwarancyjnej lub dokonywanie napraw we w\u0142asnym zakresie powoduj\u0105 utrat\u0119 gwarancji<\/p>\n<p>2.4. Numer seryjny urz\u0105dzenia musi odpowiada\u0107 numerowy seryjnemu podanemu na karcie gwarancyjnej.<\/p>\n<p>2.5. Jakiekolwiek zmiany, wytarcia lub zamazania stron karty gwarancyjnej uniewa\u017cniaj\u0105 gwarancj\u0119.<\/p>\n<p>2.6. Gwarancji podlegaj\u0105 tylko cz\u0119\u015bci wymienione przez serwisanta lub z\u0142e ich zamontowanie.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>3. Przebieg gwarancji<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>3.1. U\u017cytkownik dostarcza sprz\u0119t do serwisu przy ul. Korkowej 24A lokal 11 &nbsp;w Warszawie na w\u0142asny koszt lub po uzgodnieniu \u2013 sprz\u0119t mo\u017ce zosta\u0107 odebrany przez serwisanta.<\/p>\n<p>3.2.
